Also this year, MediaTouch keeps supporting two important social initiatives: Italia Solidale Onlus and RomAltruista.
Italia Solidale Onlus is an organization that helps children and families worldwide who suffer in body and soul – with ten distance adoptions.
MediaTouch has funded ten distance adoptions in villages affected by tribal wars and diseases in Congo and Uganda. The distance adoption is an easy way to give and receive and to create a touch point between people of different cultures. Distance adoption is a true example of globalization of solidarity that is absolutely necessary nowadays, and we believe that it should be a shared responsabilty.
MediaTouch has joined more than 20.000 “donors volunteers”, that will support a natural movement of life development. Italia Solidale bears local comunities where families are involved in small income based projects (breeding, fishery, farming…). MediaTouch is extremely proud to join this organization which brings love and life to those in need.
MediaTouch keeps supporting the city where was born and raisded contributing to RomAltruista a NPO born in 2011 with the main goal of making volunteering activities in Rome more flexible and simple. Nowadays this organization has become a bridge between companies and institutions of the third sector and citizens, creating a meeting point for supply and demand in the volunteering sector.
Supporting RomAltruista, MediaTouch sustains an important project that ameliorates our own life and the one of other citizens in need; an organization that is becoming every day more important for Rome involving more that 17.000 subscribed volunteers and more than 60 other organizations that can benefit of the work of other volunteers for free.
Moreover, supporting RomAltruista, MediaTouch wants to confirm its social commitment and to stress the communication on this matter, hoping to make a stronger connection between companies and their local environment and to create a positive cycle to sustain and support our amazing Eternal city.
